Booking & Deposit
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.
- Your appointment is confirmed only after the deposit is received.
- The deposit is applied toward your booked service.

Please read all information before booking so we can give you a smooth, comfortable appointment from start to finish.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment within one week.
- Late notice may result in loss of the deposit.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.
- Late arrival may result in an additional charge, reduced service time, rescheduling, or cancellation.

Service Timing
Braiding may take several hours depending on your chosen style and hair.
- Timing varies by size, length, and the condition of your natural hair.
- Please avoid scheduling important activities immediately afterward.

Hair Preparation
Please arrive with clean, freshly washed, and properly blow-dried hair.
- Do not apply oils, grease, or leave-in conditioner before your appointment.
- Hair should be at least 3–4 inches around the edges.
- Unprepared hair may require an additional fee or rescheduling.

Special Appointments
Some appointment times include an additional fee.
- 5:00 a.m. appointments: $30 early fee.
- Sunday appointments: $40 surcharge.
- After-hours appointments are not available.
- Selected public holidays have no extra charge unless communicated before booking.

Extra time, materials, or customization may affect your final price.
- Additional charges may apply for short hair, extra length or fullness, custom styling, special colors, or other time-intensive services.

We maintain a clean environment and regularly sanitize our tools and equipment.

Client Respect
A respectful and welcoming salon experience is expected from everyone.
- Harassment, threats, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct may result in cancellation or refusal of future service.
